Submit a Bulletin Board Request

General Information

• You may provide the text you want in your announcement and we will create a slide for you OR you may upload your own Power Point or Canva Slide.
• Please submit your announcement a minimum of 1 week prior to the requested air date. The earlier you submit your notice the more airtime it can get.
• Messages shown on this page are also broadcast on all four SudburyTV channels. 
  
• Please check this page to see if your message has been posted. No confirmation will be sent.
• SudburyTV reserves the right to edit message for space.
• Messages are shown on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Only non-profit and community organizations' announcements will be accepted.

Instructions

For SudburyTV to create your slide:

1. Fill out the request form below. 
2. Please be brief and include only the basics: what, when, and where. Complete sentences are not necessary.
3. Include contact information (website or email address) where viewers can go to find additional information about your event or organization.

To Create and Submit Your Own Slide Using Power Point or Canva:

1. Slides must be in LANDSCAPE orientation. 16 x 9 Aspect Ratio, 1920 x 1080 Resolution.
2. Please create about a 1/2 inch margin on ALL 4 edges of the slide. All text must be inside the margin.
3. Be mindful of color contrast. Text color should stand out from background color. Use light on dark or dark on light. Drop shadows help text stand out.
4. Please be brief and include only the basics: what, when, and where. Complete sentences are not necessary.
5. Include contact information (website or email address) where viewers can go to find additional information about your event or organization.
6. Avoid using too small font. If you find you need to shrink the font size in order to fit your text, you are including too much text.
7. When you finish creating your slide, export it as a jpeg file and submit using the form below.
